Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), the most important and dearest personality to all the Muslims worldwide, has left thousands and thousands of treasures for all of humanity to benefit from. Even though the Qur’an was revealed to him, he was not only a messenger bearing a message from God. He was also a teacher to all of mankind who not only brought and taught the revelations from God, but his whole life is a lesson and an example for us to live by – a standard which everyone needs to understand and implement.
The Seerah (biography) Class will take us through the course of Prophet Muhammad’s (peace and blessings be upon him) life and allow us to learn from his actions and teachings. We will be using the book named “The Sealed Nectar” by Shaykh Safi-ur-Rahman al-Mubarkpuri. The course will be taught in conjunction with the the famous 40 Hadiths of Imam Nawawi – which is a small collection of well-known traditions from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
We highly encourage non-Muslims who have misconceptions about this great personality through the media or otherwise to attend this class.
